It's been a few days since my last update, Kimba has officially moved in with Nahla, took her bed with her too, so Eeva gets Kimba's pen. Nahla's blue boy failed to put weight on for a few days, he didn't lose any either so I topped him and a few of the others up, all of the babies are doing very well, Moms are doing great too, I leave their pens open all day so they get to have a run round the house but mostly they stay with their babies. Kimba did a swap with one of Nahla's baby - her red boy for Nahla's red girl, think she was just testing me.
The picture below left is what happens when you put a faux fur blanket on top of the pen and Helga Huflepuff is around!!!!
The picture to the right is an amazing breakthrough for Eeva and Kimba, as they don't really get on, Kimba went for a visit and there was no hissing or growling at all, Eeva fluffed up her tail a bit as she was unsure of Kimba's intentions but she just wanted to check the babies.

I won this moses basket for £7 off Ebay, I had a change of covers washed ready for it while I wash the covers that came with it, put it on the lounge floor and Kimba has claimed it for her daytime bed, she loves it, the babies have started peering over the top which is so cute and very distracting when watching TV, but watching them is better. |
